XKNC-50GY排刀車銑復(fù)合機(jī)床是在50G基礎(chǔ)之上,開發(fā)了Y軸動(dòng)力刀具以增強(qiáng)銑削功能,X向或Y向動(dòng)力刀具由普通排刀車床可加裝的一把增加到兩把或是三把,動(dòng)力刀具沿Y軸方向進(jìn)給,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)徑向面加工、孔加工、端面槽加工、銑削及異型輪廓等復(fù)合加工,并具備動(dòng)力刀具剛性攻絲功能,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了排刀車床的車銑復(fù)合加工。
性能特點(diǎn):
1、床身為對(duì)稱式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)剛性足,主軸與Z軸居于床身中間位置,有效減小熱変位對(duì)位置精度的影響。
2、HT300材質(zhì),其強(qiáng)度高,耐磨性好,整體設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)良、減震效果好。

5. 記憶型螺距誤差補(bǔ)償,可對(duì)絲杠螺距誤差等機(jī)械系統(tǒng)中的誤差進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,補(bǔ)償數(shù)據(jù)以參數(shù)的形式存儲(chǔ)在CNC的存儲(chǔ)器中。
6. CNC內(nèi)裝PMC編程功能,對(duì)機(jī)床和外部設(shè)備進(jìn)行程序控制。
7. 隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)模塊,可在CNC上直接改變PMC程序和宏執(zhí)行器程序。
FANUC operating system

采用與20G機(jī)床同等規(guī)格尺寸設(shè)計(jì),可使用20排刀系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)刀座,增加排刀數(shù)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)最大可安裝刀具數(shù)量9把。
